The Pizza & Kitchen Co. was set up during the Coronavirus outbreak to serve amazing, healthier, tastier & fresher wood fired Pizzas to our local community.
As more and more customers were reporting back 5* reviews and returning week after week with an ever-growing base, we discovered we have something unique in the Pizza world.
We sought out local a outstanding Chef and from day one secured the expertise of Ian Stuart, former Chef of Midsummer house, Cambridgeshires only 2 Michelin star restaurant.

We ae building a unique brand we can take anywhere our offering to all sorts of venues and help each venue become more, using space that would otherwise be wasted.

Chefs Thoughts

I am so excited to be part of the Pizza & Kitchen Co. and have been so impressed with everyone’s dedication to making this work.
I have travelled all over and worked in many places, Naples for me was the one place that sticks out as the ultimate in Pizza.
I will be creating all our Pizzas using local, fresh and great ingredients to create my own take on the perfect Neapolitan pizza.
You will however recognise my food has its own style and my Pizzas will reflect we in the UK have our own tastes, and it is that I hope will make our Pizzas the absolute best in the area.
I look forward to serving you, the locals of Shelford and the surrounding villages the absolute best Pizza I can create.
